| Abstract: | Idiom is a phrase or sentence whose meaning is not clear from the meaning of its individual words and it must be learnt as a whole unit. The idioms of the different languages reflect the difference in many aspects of the two cultures. No one can acquire a language well if he doesn’t know the model and principle of the culture. |
