| 摘 要： | 探讨现阶段我国跳水运动员的成才年龄特征,对指导各层次跳水运动员的训练和选材,有非常重要的意义,向35位国家队教练和各跳水强省的资深教练及专家进行专家咨询和问卷调查,并对我国194名一线跳水运动员(包括国家集训队的40名选手),发放了运动员训练和比赛经历基本情况调查表.调查结果揭示了我国跳水选手的初练跳水年龄和专业训练年龄,成为全国优秀选手的年龄和专业训练年限,以及成为世界优秀选手的年龄和专业训练年限,并总结出运动员初训时间早和成才时间早是我国跳水项目保持强盛的成功经验之一.
