| 摘 要： | 资金短缺问题是制约高校实验室发展的突出因素.该校将BOT投资方式引入到实验室建设中来,达成了建设50台高档微机的协议,有效保证了师生的上机需求,为教书育人提高学生素质提供了新途径.
