| 摘 要： | 新的历史时期,全面实施素质教育进入了"国家推进、重点突破、全面展开"的新阶段,成为"教育工作的主题"。"推进素质教育"是一个落实党和国家教育政策的过程,要求各级政府相关人员全面树立素质教育意识,把素质教育列入当地教育发展的议程,切实建立起符合本地教育实际的推进素质教育目标体系,完善构建素质教育的配套政策,并以有效的政策落实赢得素质教育全面推进的时效。

| Abstract: | In the new era,the promotion of quality-oriented education has reached a new stage of national facilitation,critical breakthrough and thorough implementation,which is the theme of current education.In the process,education-related members are required to hold views of quality-oriented education,rank it as the agenda,establish the goal system corresponding with the local education,perfect the relevant policies,and finally succeed in advancing quality-oriented education. |
