摘    要:介绍基于机床原理和故障信息的原理分析方法及其实施步骤,并以实际案例分析该原理分析法在数控机床故障诊断与维修中的应用。实践证明基于机床原理和故障信息的原理分析法是分析故障原因、快速定位故障的有效方法。

Abstract:In order to improve the utilization rate of CNC machine tools,it is urgently necessary to diagnose and maintain faults quickly.The steps of an analytical method based on machine tool principle and fault information are summarized and applied to some maintenance cases.Practice proves that this analytical method is an effective solution to analyze fault causes and locate faults quickly.
