| 摘 要： | 人们对于大学校长角色的期望非常高,无论在中国还是在西方国家,人们都不约而同地把大学校长看作是圣人,看作一个无论在道德上,还是在能力上都要比普通人高许多的完美角色。从历史和现实来看,要成为一名理想的大学校长,必须具备多种个人品质。但是,大学校长不是神,首先也是一个普通的人,在要求他们具备优秀素质的同时,我们也要让大学校长走下神坛,把他们当作普通人来看待和关怀。

| Abstract: | People often have great expectations of university presidents. Wherever in China or in western countries,a university president is regarded as a sage both in morals and abilities simultaneously.In view of the history and the reality,an excellent university president must have manifold personal qualities.However, university presidents are ordinary persons first, but not God, and when they are required to be excellent, as ordinary persons, they still need to be cared for. |
