云南少数民族地区教育结构配置与社会经济发展

摘    要:根据云南省少数民族地区经济发展水平千差万别,对主流文化的认同程度不一,地区教育资源较为匮乏.地区社会经济发展所需的人力资本严重不足等特点,从民族文化和地区发展的多元性出发,研究教育结构、教育资源配置和地方型人力资本投资与地方社会经济发展之间的关系。并以平等发展的角度.提出云南省少数民族地区的教育改革重心是提高少数民族学生的受教育机会和大量增加地区发展所需特殊人力资本的存量,力图为云南省少数民族地区社会经济的发展而构建协调的教育结构。

Abstract:Yunnan minority areas show differences in economic development, lack education resources and human capital, and the peoples there identify differently with the main--stream culture. This paper, with pluralism of ethic cultures and regional development as the starting-point, discusses the relationship between the education structure, the education-resources allocation, the local humancapital investment and the local socio-economic development. For a balanced development in these minority areas, the paper emphasizes that the focus of education reform is to offer more education to the minority students and increase the storage of the special talent and construct an efficient education structure.
