| 摘 要： | 高职院校安全管理工作的好坏是影响安全稳定,制约全面发展的重要因素之一。高职院校安全管理在立法、执法、司法、法制监督各个环节都存在着一些与法治不相符的内容。因此,应从法治的各个方面完善高职院校的安全管理,使其走上符合法治精神的科学发展道路。

| Abstract: | The security management of higher vocational colleges is one of the important factors to affect security and stability and restrict the full development of colleges. There are some security management of military college in legislation,execution,judicature and legal supervision inconsistent with rule of law. Therefore, we should improve the security management of higher vocational colleges from all aspects of rule of law to accord with the scientific development of spirit of law. |
