| 摘 要： | 当前，学校普遍存在财务管理薄弱、内部控制制度不健全或执行无效、财经法纪意识淡薄、违法违纪问题时有发生的现象，给国家和学校造成损失。本文从对财务管理的认识出发，剖析了学校财务活动的特点和常见的违法违纪问题，提出了加强财务管理的具体措施。
