| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款是国家运用金融手段扶助贫困学生,促进教育事业发展的重大举措.自1999年开办至今,助学贷款从无到有,规模不断扩大,取得了长足的发展.但由于多种原因,助学贷款还没有达到预定目标,存在许多突出问题.如何更好地解决这些问题,促进国家助学贷款可持续发展,使其继续为我国构建和谐社会服务,已成为亟待解决的问题.

| Abstract: | National Student Loan is the financial means to help countries use to needy students and to promote educational development of the cause of the major initiatives. Since the run since 1999, student loans from scratch, constantly expanding in scale, have made great strides in development. But for various reasons, student loans has not reached the intended target, there are many outstanding problems. How better to solve these problems, the promotion of national student loan sustainable development ,to continue to build a harmonious society in China,has become a problem to be solved. |
