| 摘 要： | 基于博弈理论，论述将拥有公共资源的共享组织、用户、拥有科技文献的著作权人纳入合作伙伴关系，共享组织利用“委托-代理”模式，对有关科技文献的知识产权进行量化，用户有效利用公共资源，以达到长期的博弈均衡，实现可持续发展，这种新的均衡会使共享组织获得可持续的竞争优势。此外，还为科技文献共享的可持续合作提出有关的策略。

| Abstract: | Based on game theory,this paper discusses that the share owner of public resources, users,and copyrights owner combine to the partnership sharing organizations use ‘principal-agent’ model of intellectual property rights relating to S & T document to quantify users effective use of public resources in order to achieve long-term game balance and achieve sustainable development.This new equilibrium makes share organization to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Besides,this papeintroduces relation strategies to sharing S & T document for the sustainable co-operation. |
