| 摘 要： | 道德是法治的基础,法治是道德的保证,二者相辅相成,小学生的成长离不开道德与法治的培育。由于社会发展的需要,在义务教育阶段的道德与法治教育必须做到"德"与"法"相结合,否则很容易变成照本宣科的理论教育。目前小学道德与法治教学中有一些明显存在的弊端和需要改进的地方,因此,一线教师要在实践中不断加强对课程和教材理念的把握,及时促进道德与法治教学的变革。

| Abstract: | Morality is the foundation of the rule of law,and the rule of law is the guarantee of morality.Because of the need of social development,the moral and legal education in the compulsory education stage must be combined with"morality"and"law",otherwise it is easy to turn into the theoretical education according to the textbook.At present,there are some obvious drawbacks and areas for improvement in the teaching of morality and rule of law in primary schools.Therefore,frontline teachers should constantly strengthen their grasp of the concepts of curriculum and teaching materials in practice,promoting the reform of moral and legal in time. |
