新型石膏基墙体复合材料研究

摘    要:研制出一种轻质、隔热等多功能新型墙体复合材料。该材料以聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为轻集料,石膏为基体,通过加入自制的表面活性剂N解决了无机、有机材料界面的粘结强度低及轻集料上浮的问题,采用二次搅拌工艺浇注成型。该材料具有较好的力学性能和保温、耐火的性能,是一种有良好发展、应用前景广泛的新型建筑墙体复合材料。

Abstract:The new multifunction wall composite material with characteristics of light weight and thermal insulation, is composed of light material which is made of foamed plastics of polystyrene based on gypsum , could enhance the surface strength of inorganic and organic coherence and solve the flaw of light material flowing up by adding a surface active reagent N produced by ourselves. The twice stir technology was used to cast the mould. This kind of new wall building material has good mechanic, thermal insulation and refractory properties. It has a good development and application prospect.
