| 摘 要： | 升本院校由于其特殊性在和谐校园建设中应从以下几方面努力:科学定位是升本院校建设和谐校园的前提;树立以人为本的管理理念是基本原则;和谐的人际关系是构建和谐校园的重要保证;升本院校和谐校园建设中管理机制必须创新;和谐校园建设必须处理好规模发展与教育质量提升的关系。
