| 摘 要： | 基于目前学校体育心理建设的开展尚处在初始阶段的现状和心理建设对青少年学生身心健康成长的重要意义以及21世纪学校教育发展的迫切需要，提出了体育之于人的两维原始功能(即身体发展和心理建设功能)和谐发展不可或缺的理念，并在此背景下重新就学校体育心理建设的践行体系进行了构建。
