| 摘 要： | 我国的基础教育改革,应该是中西教育理念的对话,而不是移植。而我们的理论界乃至实践者,却要放弃自身的主体,将我们自己的传统和实践贬斥得一无是处,把西方,主要是北欧的一些教育理念和方法当做绝对真理。比如,用平等对话和质疑理论来否定我国的传道、授业、解惑传统。引进并不是让西方理念独白,而是与中国传统和现状对话,这就要求我们自己要有本钱——我们几千年的教育历史,是我们的优势;我们当代杰出教师的杰出创造,是从我们民族的文化传统中生长出来的;我们对西方的教育理论,要保持学术的清醒,洞察其优长和局限。要将西方理论引进中国,就要把其中只属于西方文化的、历史的土壤的成分剥离;还要将中国传统和现状的基因融入,用我们自己的经验来修正。
