| 摘 要： | 泰勒创立的科学管理原理的核心是标准化、规范化和制度化管理,它是管理的基础,直到今天仍有重大的现实意义。当前我国高校思想政治教育管理在具体的方法、职能和分工上存在一些问题。因此,借鉴泰勒的科学管理原理,实现思想政治教育管理的科学化是我们的必由之路,同时应该将借鉴与创新相统一、科学性与人文性相统一起来。

| Abstract: | The core of the principles of scientific management,developed by Taylor,is the management of standardization and regularization,which is the foundation of management and of great significance up to now.To learn Taylor's principles of scientific management and make our management scientific is the road we must follow,though there are problems of methods,divisions andfunctions in ideological and political education management.Meanwhile,we should combine learning with innovationandscientific with humanistic management. |
