作为学习型组织的学校发展理念、模式与策略

摘    要:走向学习型组织是当前学校管理理念创新的必然抉择。构建学习型组织理论的本质内涵就是“坚持以人的发展为本”,而人的发展是学校发展的真正内涵。因此,“走内涵发展之路”是作为学习型组织的学校发展的应然模式。而要把学校真正建成学习型组织,就要摒弃那些“守成性”、“适应性”的学校管理策略,采取有效的发展性学校管理策略,建立起一种充满活力的、着眼于学校创新和未来发展的长效管理机制。

Abstract:Learning organization is integral in creation of current school administration belief. The essential connotation of constructing the learning organization theory consists in persistence of humanbased development, which is the ultimate goal of school advancement. Therefore, learning-organization school should take the mode of connotation development. While to construct school into learning organization, we must eliminate such school administration strategies as conservativeness and adaptation, adopt effective strategies, and establish a long -term administration mechanism full of dynamism, creation and sustainability.
