| 摘 要： | 当前，公务员职业道德的现状不容乐观。如存在着官本位、事本位与和谐社会所要求的以人为本不适应，经验领导、经验决策与和谐社会要求的科学领导、科学决策不适应，人治与和谐社会的法治不适应。零和博弈的思维方式与和谐社会的共同享有思维方式不适应，权力本位与公仆要求权利拳往不适应，强迫命令式与和谐社会中的相互协调不适应等等。改变这种理状，要加强公务员道德教育，提高公务员的职业道德素质，要建立和完善公务员道德建设的法律体系和公务员道德行为的舆论评价和监督体制。
