| 摘 要： | 司法鉴定制度是一个国家法律制度的重要组成部分，改革我国现行的司法鉴定制度是司法公正的客观要求。本文从比较分析西方两大法系国家的司法鉴定制度入手，结合我国司法鉴定的实践，提出了重新设计我国司法鉴定制度的具体构想。

| Abstract: | Judicial authentication system , which is an important part of legal system in a country, has many problems in present China. Judicial justice needs to reform present judicial authentication system. The author focuses his analytical study on the judicial authentication system of the Civil Law and the Common Law and produces his own viewpoints of legislation on judicial authentication in China. |
