| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、综合分析等研究方法,分析了目前环太湖农民体育健身工程实施中存在的问题,提出构建环太湖农民体育健身工程运行机制的基本思路:1)以政府支持为主导;2)以农民参与为中心;3)以建立健全群体社团组织为纽带;4)以多元化筹资渠道作保障;5)系统化服务相配套。指出构建环太湖农民体育健身工程运行机制的影响因素:1)相关政策法规的保障;2)农村经济快速发展的推动作用;3)乡、村政府的引导作用;4)乡、村政府的引导作用;5)农村体育基础的影响作用,以促进农民体育健身活动健康、有序地开展,促进和谐新农村的建设。

| Abstract: | Through documentation and other methods,based on analyzing China's current problems in carrying into effect the farmers body-building project around Tai Lake,combining the external force impact on farmers body-building project of the operational mechanism,suggesting the basic ideas that build the operational mechanism of farmers body-building project around Tai Lake,in order to promote the farmers body-building project to be carried out healthy,orderly and build a harmonious new countryside. |
