| Abstract: | The development and management of teacher training colleges in developed countries put emphasis on the actual practice and take the promotion of teachers' ability as quiding principle,which,as it were,provides positive experience for the primary and middle school teachers' continuing education in China in the realm of curriculum design,education and teaching management with the perspective of raizing the quality of the teachers on in service training. |
