| 摘 要： | 目前大学生在校的种种表现揭示出一个非常重要而又十分紧迫的问题:大学生的职业生涯规划教育。大学生职业生涯规划的必要性是显而易见的,其现状也足以折射出解决这一问题的紧迫性,但更重要的是要正确引导,并且有科学合理的实施策略。
