| 摘 要： | 当前，海峡西岸社会工作的人才培养正面临着一些困境，这些困境有着一定的成因，并会造成很大的危害。因此，必须在遵循摆脱困境的原则、明确摆脱困境的思路基础上，采取具体的途径来实现海峡西岸人才培养工作的持续有效创新。
