| 摘 要： | 随着时代的不断发展，民意表达成为政府与民众都普遍关心的问题，理论界也在不断地探寻民意表达的适当与可行的方式。作为党和人民耳目喉舌的大众媒介，具有沟通上下、代表舆论、引发舆论和引导舆论的功能，这使得它成为民意表达的重要渠道之一。我们在看到大众媒介民意表达的强大功能的同时，也应对其存在的问题有清醒的认识并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | With the increasing development of the times,the expression of public opinion become the issue that government and people all care about.The circle of the theory is also seeking the appropriate and feasible way for the expression of public opinion,media,as the observer and mouthpiece of the party and the people,can communicate from head to foot,represent the public opinion,initiate the public opinion and guide the public opinion.All of this makes it become one of the important channels of the expression of public opinion.As well as we clear about the powerful function of the media in the expression of public opinion,we should soberly recognize and deal with the problem that existed and advance corresponding countermeasures. |
