| 摘 要： | 探讨开展阳光体育运动的背景、目标、现实意义以及与学校体育的关系。提出了实施阳光体育运动的建议,认为国家完善相关法规及体制是保证;完善青少年体质监测制度,定期测试并向社会公布是依据;提高体育课质量和搞好校内外体育活动是关键;对各级各类学校相关人员进行培训是基础;建立学校管理监督机构、规章制度及评价体系是核心。
