| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计研究方法,对广东省粤西地区乡镇中小学实施阳光体育运动的现状进行调查。结果表明：体育教师、中小学生对阳光体育运动认知程度较低;仅有35%的学校能全面实施《国家学生体质健康标准》;12.7%的青少年能够保证每天参加1小时的体育锻炼;而高达85%的青少年没有掌握两项日常锻炼的体育技能。产生上述现象的主要原因是,学校领导不重视、经费不足、器材短缺。提出了加强监督,提高体育教师的业务素质等建议。

| Abstract: | The implementation status of Sunshine Sports Movement in rural primary and secondary schools in Western Guangdong is investigated by means of literature analysis,expert interviews,questionnaires,and statistics.The investigation shows that： the Sunshine Sports Movement is less accepted by teachers of physical education,and students in rural schools;the National Criteria of Physical Fitness and Health for Students is completely executed in only 35% of the schools in this area;only 12.7% of the students take physical exercise for one hour a day;85% of the students haven＇t mastered two sports skills of daily exercise. The situation is mainly due to less attention of school leaders,lack of funds and equipment shortages.The author suggests to improve the situation by reinforcement of superintendence and quality of teachers. |
