| 摘 要： | 翼城花鼓作为民族传统体育项目,历经1000多年的传衍变成一种独具特色的民族体育舞蹈,是我国千年文化的积淀。它产生于大众并服务于大众,成为集健身性、娱乐性、传承性、地域性和经济性于一体的体育项目。它不仅可以起到健身作用,还起到娱乐大众的作用,深受人民大众的喜欢。文章通过对翼城花鼓的健身价值、娱乐价值、社会价值、教育价值和经济价值的研究,使人们更好的了解翼城花鼓,可以让翼城花鼓作为健身项目得到全方位的传播和发展。

| Abstract: | Yicheng flower drum dance as the national traditional sports project,has experienced more than 1000 years development and become a unique national sports dance,is a product of Chinese thousands years of cultural accumulation.It produces in the public and serves the public,become a sport with the function of fitness,entertainment,inheritance,regional and economic integration in itself.It can not only has the function of body-building,but also plays an entertaining effect,loved by people.Through the study on Yicheng flower drum dance about its fitness value,amusement value,social value,education value and economic value,the paper tries to make people have a better understanding of Yicheng flower drum dance,and make it as a fitness program have a full range of dissemination and development. |
