摘    要:教学督导的基本职责是督其到位,导其提高,其包括导教、导学、导管理;工作内容为教学常规督导、教学建设督导和教学改革督导。当前我国高校教学督导工作应该解决好三个问题:第一、明确定位,完善机制;第二、明确职责,健全功能;第三,市、校、院(或分院)三级教学督导相辅相成,各显其能,从宏观、中观和微观三个视角共同构成了一所学校教学质量的监控体系。

Abstract:The primary duties of teaching supervision are to oversee teachers’ punctual instruction as planned and help them improve their teaching quality, including supervision of regular instruction, learning, management, constructs and innovation. The authors conclude that such issues should be resolved as its position, mechanism, classified duties, functions, and interactive supervision of city, university and colleges concerned so as to form a monitoring system in a macro-meso-micro way.
