职业院校岗位绩效考核指标体系的设计研究

摘    要:职业院校绩效考核指标体系设计包含岗位分类、考核内容、考评办法、考评基本分、岗位津贴的计算和具体考核指标的设定等六大方面的内容.各职业院校为了保持本校的特色,还应该根据本校的实际设计适合本校的岗位绩效考核指标体系.

Abstract:The index system of performance evaluation for positions in vocational colleges consists of such six aspects as position variety,elements of examination,method for examination,basic marks of examination,quota for position allowance,and the settings of concrete evaluation indexes.Colleges should design such an index system according to their own realities so as to conserve their own characteristics.
