| Abstract: | The index system of performance evaluation for positions in vocational colleges consists of such six aspects as position variety,elements of examination,method for examination,basic marks of examination,quota for position allowance,and the settings of concrete evaluation indexes.Colleges should design such an index system according to their own realities so as to conserve their own characteristics. |
