| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着学生诉高校案件的屡屡发生,高校与学生之间的法律关系也引起了大家的重视,出现了不同的理论和观点。只有明确这种关系,才能更好地维护高校与学生的权利、义务。在出现纠纷时,也能及时寻求全面的司法救济途径。
