| 摘 要： | 高职教师职业倦怠是教师不能应付工作压力而出现的一种极端心理反应,是教师伴随于长期压力下而产生的情绪、态度和行为的衰竭状态。如何预防和缓解高职教师的职业倦怠是教育工作者必须要面对和解决的问题。解决高职教师的职业倦怠需要全社会的积极关注,改革教育体制、加强教师心理辅导和教师的自我调节等。

| Abstract: | The professional listlessness of vocational college teachers is an extreme psychological phenom-enon which arises as the teachers cannot handle the work pressure. It is an exhausted state of mood, attitude and behavior caused by long period of pressure. How to prevent and lessen the professional listlessness of vocational college teachers is a problem that the educators should confront and solve. The solution to the problem needs the concern of the whole society. We should also reform the teaching system, and reinforce the role of psychological instruction and teachers' self-adjustment. |
