| 摘 要： | 由于高职院校作为大学的认可度还不是很高,依托高职院校而创办的学报在发展中也面临着一些矛盾和困境,这些矛盾和困境又直接制约着高职院校学报的发展,影响其职能的进一步发挥。主要矛盾表现在五个方面：高职特色与学术品位、地方特色与全局视野、服务院校与社会责任、栏目综合性与读者专业性、期刊职能与学术地位。解决这些矛盾至少需要四种路径：回归社会职能,提升学术地位;加强自我研究,建立学术自信;坚持服务学科,突出高职特色;遵循学术规律,兼顾商品属性。
