| 摘 要： | 香港乐施会是一个独立的扶贫、发展和救援机构,其在营运方面具有世界水准。目前,我国内地慈善组织在筹款、资金运用、管理等方面存在诸多问题。香港乐施会营运经验对内地慈善组织无疑具有重要的借鉴意义。
