| 摘 要： | 公平是构建社会主义和谐社会的应有之义,也是社会主义新农村建设价值追求之一。新农村建设就是要促进城乡协调发展,缩小城乡发展差距,促进社会公平。同时,新农村建设要特别注意避免在农村社会内部造成过于严重的贫富分化问题。要在新农村建设的初始阶段,就解决好农村社会内部弱势群体的生活保障问题,促进农村社会内部的公平与和谐。
