| 摘 要： | 调查总结了我国企业竞争情报工作人员对竞争情报作战室解决方案的具体看法,选择竞争环境、企业规模和建设成本3个指标,提出原型设计型、任务应对型、协调合作型、模拟演练型4种类型的企业竞争情报作战室的解决方案. |

| Abstract: | This paper investigates and summarizes the views of the Chinese enterprise competitive intelligence experts on the solutions of the competitive intelligence war room.Selecting the 3 indices of competitive environment,enterprise size and construction cost,the paper puts forward 4 kinds of solutions of the enterprise competitive intelligence war room,which are prototype design type,task disposal type,collaborative type and simulation type. |
