| 摘 要： | 太极拳动作名称具有丰富的文化内涵。文章在对太极拳动作名称意象与太极拳动作技击方法充分理解的基础上，将所选取的典型动作名称分为“喻型、喻鸟、喻兽、喻自然、借人物、喻法”六大类，并运用通俗易懂的语言从“象征喻意、定型姿势、技击方法”三方面对太极拳动作名称文化内涵进行阐释，以便加深人们对太极拳的认识，更加有利于太极拳的传播与发展。

| Abstract: | Abstract： Action names ofTai Chi Quan have rich cultural connotations. On the basis of full understanding of the action name imagery and action art method of Tai Chi Quan, the paper divides the selection of typical action names into the following six categories： type, birds, beasts, nature, character and method. The paper, using readable language, illustrates the cultural connotation of action names of Tai Chi Quan from the following three aspects： symbohc metaphor, stereotyped posture and action art method, in order to deepen the understanding of Tai Chi Quan, giving more conducive to the spread and development of Tai Chi Quan. |
