| 摘 要： | 高职学生职业发展存在的问题主要有：高职院校对学生职业发展认识不足；企业对人才培养的前瞻性不够；学校与企业合作培养制度不完善。校企合作是培养现代化新型人才的必经之路，是职业教育与市场对接的迫切要求，是增强学生职业能力的重要举措，因此，校企合作是解决当前高职学生职业发展问题的关键。以促进高职学生职业发展为目标的校企合作，首先要改变观念，重视校企合作；其次要定位双赢，实现优势互补；第三是完善制度，提升人文关怀。

| Abstract: | The major problems of occupation development of vocational college students include： lack of awareness of students’ occupation development in higher vocational colleges; lack of foresight of talent training in enterprises; the imperfect training system of school-enterprise cooperation. School-enterprise cooperation is the only way which must be passed for fostering modern talents, is the urgent requirement for occupation education docking with the market, is an important measure to enhance students＇ occupation ability, therefore, school-enterprise cooperation is the key to solve the problems of studengts’occupation development in higher vocational colleges. Based on the vision of promoting the occupation development of higher vocational students, school-enterprise cooperation should change the ideas first, attach importance to the cooperation; second, to fix the win-win cooperation, realize the complementary advantages; third is to perfect the system, promote humanistic care. |
