| 摘 要： | 基于BF-20浮选机特点,分析其对液位控制系统的要求,开发了液位自动控制系统,并在广西华锡集团有限公司投入运行。运行结果表明,该系统是浮选机可靠运行的有力保障和提高选别指标的有效手段。控制误差在1.03%以内。

Study and application of level control system for BF-20 flotation cell |

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the BF-20 flotation cell, this paper analyzed of the level control system it required, developed the level automatic control system,and put into operation in Guangxi China Tin Group Co., Ltd. The results show that the system is the powerful safeguard of stable operation and the effective measure of updating concentration indexes for flotation cell. The error of the control system is within 1.03%. |
