摘 要: | 在我国能源资源浪费严重的大环境下,以管桩生产为例分析了蒸压釜的工作原理,重点研究蒸压釜能耗高的特点及其产生原因,在此基础上提出了的蒸压釜余汽及冷凝水回收利用的建议,为相关的建材行业节能减排提供技术支持。

Abstract: | Circumstances of severe waste of energy resources in our country, with the production of pipe pile as example analyzes the working principle of reaction caldron in the aero concrete production, focuses on the characteristics and the causes of high energy consumption of the autoclaved kettle, based on this, advances the autoclaved kettle over steam and condensed water recycling advice, to provide technical support for the related building materials industry energy conservation and emissions reduction. |
