| 摘 要： | 实训教学是高职酒店管理专业教学计划中的一个重要组成部分,也是校内实践教学培养学生实践技能的主要方式,本文阐述了目前酒店行业需求与高专院校学生条件的不协调性分析,也论述了高职酒店管理专业实训课教学存在的问题,并提出提高实训课教学效果的相关对策。

| Abstract: | The practical teaching is an important part in vocational colleges hotel management major teaching,and also the main way to train students’ practice ability,this paper describes the disharmony analysis between the needs of current hotel industry and the condition of college students,discusses the problems in the hotel management specialty practice teaching,put forward the related countermeasures to improve the practical teaching effect. |
