| 摘 要： | 音乐作为体育运动的一种表现形式和运动训练的辅助手段，在近代体育运动的发展中已逐步被一些体育项目所采用。音乐的运用，不仅增加了体育运动的表现力和美感，而且在很多体育项目中合理地运用音乐伴奏可以提高运动成绩，音乐已成为它们不可分割的重要组成部分。为搞清体育与音乐的关系，通过分析体育与音乐的节奏性规律，揭示了“节奏性规律”是联系体育与音乐的决定性因素。

| Abstract: | As a manifestation and an assistant means of movement training.Music has gradually been adopted by some athletic items.The utilization of music not only increases the expressive power and sense of beauty of athletic sports,but also improves sports achievement,therefore,in many athletic items,music has become the important elements.In order to clear the relationship of music and athletic sports.The author analyzes the music rhythmical law and athletic sports and drakes a cousin that the music rhythmical law is the key to joining music to athletic sports. |
