| Abstract: | Basketball exercise, the core of which is shooting, is a collective antagonism that decides the match according to scores. With the development of science and technology and messaged transmission, and under the new rule, the basketball exercise is facilitatcd to go in the direction of all-direction and position attack and defence of the high, the fast and the accurate. As the basic basketball instruction training, the school should have to take the world basketball as its target, and enforce the basic training of youngsters in which shooting is the core of training. |
