| 摘 要： | 社区图书馆作为社会进步和居民文化信息需求的产物,在为老服务中具有文化服务、文化教育、文化娱乐的作用。社区图书馆要培养馆员爱岗敬业的精神,充分利用有限资源,创建布局合理、高效实用的图书馆,才能提高为老服务的质量。

| Abstract: | Community Library is a product of cultural service, cultural education and cultural amusement. In serving for old readers, community library should foster the spirit of loving one's post and respecting one's occupation, making good use of its limited resources, setting up a reasonable arrangement high efficient and practical library. Thus we could improve our quality of serving for old readers. |
