| 摘 要： | 在社会转型期,加强民办高校学生思想道德教育极为重要。要以马克思主义为指导,用邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想武装学生的头脑,增强政治理论课的针对性和实效性;要加强以党建为核心的思想政治工作,抓好精神文明建设;要以人为本、讲究方法,采用“引导式”、“激励式”、“参与互动式”,避免“说教式”、“高压式”,做到以理服人、以情感人。

| Abstract: | In the social transitional period,it is very important to strengthen the students' moral education of civilian-run colleges and universities.We must take Marxism as direction,arm the students' brains with Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of"Three Represents"and strengthen the aim and the effect of the political course.It is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political work with Party building as the core,well promote spiritual and cultural progress and take man as the foundation,pay attention to working methods, adopt the"measure of leading and encouraging",avoid"the method of preaching and high pressure"and take the measure of convincing people by reasoning and moving people by emotions. |
