| 摘 要： | 我国在改革开放以后，居民收入有不同程度的提高、但因为各种原因，收入差距又在逐渐扩大。这种状况发展下去，势必产生负面作用，影响我国社会经济发展和社会政局的稳定。因此必须通过发展经济，扩大就业，加快西部开发的步伐，完善税收体系，加强税收管理和惩治腐败等措施加以治理，以缩小过大的收入差距。

| Abstract: | Since we adopted the policy of reforming and opening up to the outside world,the citizens incomes have gone up at different levels.However, the difference in incomes between citizens is enlarging because of manys reasons.If we let it go on,it may stand in the way of our economic development and the stability of our social and political situation.Therefore,we must bring it under control by developing economy,increasing employment,speeding up developing the western areas,perfecting the system and management of taxation and punishing the corruption so as to diminish the difference. |
