| 摘 要： | 创新高校领导干部绩效考核机制是不断发展和完善高校干部人事管理的内在需要。要建立科学合理、体现科学发展观的高校领导干部绩效考核系统,一是要创新高校领导干部考核指标体系,二是要创新高校领导干部的考核形式,三是要创新高校领导干部考核评价方法,四是要创新高校领导干部考核结果的运用。
