| 摘 要： | 扬州农业富余劳动力素质较高,科技农业、特色农业和农业产业化初具规模,建筑业实力雄厚、技术精良,有打入西部的优势条件;旅游业已形成体系,教育力量较强,具备了参与西部开发的前提条件;部分工业企业和产品具备了向西部发展的基本条件。当然,扬州参与西部开发也有不少不利条件,因此,我们必须更加理性地筹划利用西部开发机遇的实施战略。

| Abstract: | In opening up of the western part of Yangzhou, we have several favorable circumstances as follows: the surplus farming labor of high quality; the characteristic agriculture and agricultural industrialization being beginning to take shape; the actual strength and technology in architecture; tourist industry becoming systematic; good education and quite some qualified industries and products. It' s necessary for us to make a reasonable planning and preparation for the opening up. |
