| 摘 要： | 通过对市区15所学校120名青年体育教师的体能现状进行调查发现，体能较以前有提高的为7人，占青年体育教师总数的5．83％；保持稳定的有14人，占11．67％；有明显衰退现象的为99人，占82．5％。其中因年龄增长而体能产生衰退是主要因紊，占产生衰退总数的31．31％；另外因伤病、先前训练不系统、轻视本职工作、场地条件差、贪图安逸及其他原因等因素分别占产生衰退人数总数的25．25％、15．15％、10．1％、8．08％、6．06％及4．04％，并由调查结果进行讨论和提出建议。

| Abstract: | Through the research on the state of 120 young P.E. teachers in 15 urban schools,it is found that 7 teachers have made an improvement ,accounting for 5.83% of the total number; 14 teachers maintain their level which accounts for 11. 67%; morever,99 teachers have an obvious decline in physical strength,accounting for 82.5% .The main cause is the increase of age, which accounts for 31.31 % of teachers who experience the decline. Additionally, the decline caused by other factors, such as injury, inness, irresponsibility, poor sport field, pursuit of ease and comfort, etc, which accounts for 25.25 %, 15.15%, 10.1% ,8.08% ,6.06% and 4.04% respectively.This paper intends to have a discussion and gives suggestions according to the result of research. |
