| 摘 要： | 企业发展的不同运行阶段,资源和技能的战略价值会发生变化。保持企业发展的优势运行状态,必须更新和调整企业的资源和技能,突破稳定运行阶段的均衡发展态势。由于不同的运行阶段的分工活动所需的资源和技能是有差异的,企业只有开发与整合资源和技能才能保持核心活动的战略价值。企业优势运行中核心活动的战略价值,源于资源和技能从事替代性的分工活动。

| Abstract: | For enterprises,strategic value of resources and skills vary with different operational stages of development.To maintain the state of advantageous operation in the process of development,the resources and skills of enterprises must be updated and adjusted,and the equilibrium state of development is bound to be broken through at the stable stage of operation.Because of the distinction of resources and skills necessary for activities of division at different operating stages,the only way for enterprises to preserve the strategic value of core activities is to exploit and integrate resources and skills.The strategic value of core activities in the enterprise's advantageous operation springs from the participation of resources and skills in the activities of substitutionary division. |
